My name is Diana and I'm 21 years old. I've been working as a waiter in the KOMAT restaurant since the very beginning. This is my first encounter with this profession.
How do you feel in this job?
I feel very good - free to express myself in the best way while working. I think the most important thing when choosing a profession is to feel comfortable, to know that you are in the right place.

Do you enjoy communicating with customers?
I love to talk and get to know them, observe what they like and how they relate to the menu. It's a great way to get know them better.
What is the best advice you have received at KOMAT?
To be myself - I always try to follow that.

Do you have a favourite part of the restaurant?
I would say the garden, but I like the whole concept of the space.
We know that KOMAT prides itself on its cocktails. What would you recommend at the height of the summer season?
First and foremost, I would recommend the Infinity Sour (amazing!), but I would also go for the KOMAT Martini, a well-known cocktail interpreted by our team.
What makes the team special?
The team is very close-knit, which makes guests feel comfortable and at ease. The best proof of this are the customers who keep coming back. .
