KOMAT WITH TWO PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS FOR BEST NEW RESTAURANT

Just six months after its opening, KOMAT restaurant had succeeded on Sofia's gastronomic scene with two of its most prestigious awards - Best New Restaurant in Sofia and Restaurant of the Year in the "Debut" category!

The award Sofia's Best New Restaurant 2023 - Guild's Choice, we received from Go Food&Drink Awards on February 28, and the "Restaurant of the Year" 2023 award in the category "Debut" was handed to us by Bacchus on March 7. The two competitions are among the most prestigious competitions in our country and traditionally award the top restaurants not only in Sofia, but also in the whole of Bulgaria.

On behalf of KOMAT and our entire team, Alexander Gotsev, Stanislav Radulov, and Nikola Chetmenski received the awards. Stepping boldly with an exploratory spirit and art interior in an unexpected location, KOMAT seeks the intersection between tradition and modernity.

Our restaurant is hidden behind The Women's Market in the aparthotel DOT Sofia, the very "Building of the Year" for 2023. We offer a short menu, betting on innovative interpretations. We thank the guild and experts for the recognition and high rating, but most of all to you - our friends and customers - for the chance to have us and develop.
