From the pop of the cork to the delicate dance of bubbles in the glass, we invite you to indulge in the timeless charm of champagne at 'BUBBLES: Bulgaria Meets France' – A 6-Course Champagne Dinner.
On April 24, restaurant KOMAT will host Aspasie Champagne, one of the oldest and most respected wine houses in France’s Champagne region. Established in 1794, Aspasie has upheld its legacy of crafting exceptional champagne for over two centuries.
The special evening will pair the elegance of French champagne with the bold creativity of modern Bulgarian cuisine, reimagined through KOMAT’s distinctive culinary style. A curated 6-course tasting menu will explore new flavor horizons, perfectly complemented by Brut Réserve, Brut Blanc de Blancs, and Brut Rosé.
The exclusive event will also be a special occasion to welcome Paul-Vincent Artezian and his wife Caroline Artezian, representatives of Aspasie Champagne, as they visit KOMAT. Guests will have the unique opportunity to meet them in person and hear more about their rich winemaking heritage.
A special treat awaits the first 8 reservations! Each will receive a gift from KOMAT and Aspasie, along with a 10% discount voucher for DOT Sofia apart-hotel.
