We celebrate February 14 with a toast of love and special offers, inspired by the team of KOMAT Restaurant. 

We encounter the color red - from strawberries in the appetizer to the final touch of the dessert, which will remain a surprise until the very last moment. And what would Valentine’s Day be without sweetness and indulgence for the one you love?

The holiday tasting menu includes the secret ingredients of the perfect first date: irresistible dishes, richly flavored and aromatic wine, all accompanied by the intimate atmosphere of KOMAT. The presence of aphrodisiacs can be felt in every plate, combining a favorite product, seasonal flavors, and meticulous attention to detail.

Starting February 14, KOMAT Restaurant will welcome for the first time “Love is Liquid”—a limited edition from Bulgaria’s oldest grape variety, Mavrud, created in collaboration between DOT Sofia and Dragomir Winery. The limited series consists of 232 bottles, or just one barrel of Mavrud, aged under the exclusive Private Single Barrel of Dragomir Wine Estate.

The label is created by the internationally recognized Bulgarian artist Pravdolyub Ivanov, whose works are part of the DOT Sofia Art Collection. “Love is Liquid” will contribute to an unforgettable evening for lovers of fine taste, celebrating the holiday of love and wine, as well as its debut in the restaurant’s wine selection.

The thematic KOMAT menu will be available throughout the day on February 14.
