Today, we turn our attention to those special moments when food becomes an exciting adventure - when curiosity awakens the senses in anticipation of new flavors and unexpected encounters.
This is precisely the spirit of KOMAT’s new tasting menu: a journey through Bulgarian ingredients and delicate textures, presented alongside a curated selection of Bulgarian wines.
Each dish is served with a sense of longing, and that anticipation is rewarded with captivating presentation and flavors that linger in memory. Created by the team of Chef Todor Grablev, the tasting menu is a shared experience - an invitation to trust, to feel at ease, and to take part in a unique encounter of imagination and togetherness.
Every course, paired with its aroma, transports us to a different place - from the Northwest to the Thracian Valley, from the Danube to the beautiful mountain regions. Every sip carries the essence of Bulgarian terroir - vibrant and authentic.
First impression: hunger, longing, comfort
KOMAT’s three bites embody the essence of true hospitality: the first opens the palate and the mind, the second surprises with a subtle twist, and the third brings a sense of comfort - a promise of a brief escape with the taste of traditional Bulgaria.
The tasting menu also includes an exclusive optional addition: sturgeon caviar - 30 grams of Bulgarian “gold,” served with fluffy blinis, chives, and sour cream. Creamy, salty, silky.
